Automotive Lighting System

UTS is working with a major automotive lighting supplier for emergency service vehicles. The Client has conceived a number of different ways to improve lighting for on-road vehicles subject to daily severe duty usage. UTS worked with its Client to design, mock up and manufacture innovative lighting mounting systems that house and protect critical illumination while maintaining the vehicles OEM fit and finish. By using CAD, scanning and 3D printing tools, UTS is able to quickly develop a number of solutions that are tailored to various OEM manufactures and models with ability to customize solutions for retail customers that employ different lighting systems for different illumination needs.
