Hydrogen Generation

UTS was retained by an organization developing a Hydrogen Generation technology for Diesel trucks and buses in order to update its power control hardware for its hydrogen generation system. Working with the Client’s manufacturing, field support and design team, UTS was able to optimize the operation of it power control module to work in severe transit environments. UTS’s focus was on component selection, PCB layout, assembly, testing and circuit optimization. In addition, UTS was able to make a number of recommendations to lower costs and increase reliability for subsequent production units.
